PAYRECH UTILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy for all digital transactions.
1. Nature of Service
PAYRECH UTILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides instant digital services such as Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Utility Bill Payments and Wallet Top-ups. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed only if the transaction is still pending or failed.
- Once a recharge/payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled.
- Users must raise a request immediately for stuck or failed transactions.
3. Refund Policy

4. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 working days and credited back to the original payment method or Payrech wallet.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can raise a ticket from your Payrech account or contact us with your transaction ID.
